We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Sales Technician who brings strong technical expertise, a customer-first approach, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve home comfort through repairs, upgrades, and system replacements.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and emergency repairs.

• Identify electrical and mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.

• Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and replacements.

• Educate homeowners on repair options, system improvements, and energy-efficient solutions.

• Confidently present recommendations, pricing, and replacement opportunities to customers.

• Drive service revenue and sales performance while maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Document service calls, repairs, recommendations, and sales opportunities accurately in ServiceTitan.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building trust and long-term relationships.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.

• HVAC degree, trade school certification, or equivalent hands-on field experience.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across residential HVAC systems.

• Experience identifying repair, upgrade, and replacement opportunities.

• Sales-minded approach with the confidence to present options and help homeowners make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and pride in quality workmanship.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including handling equipment and working outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to meet applicable Washington State licensing and certification requirements.

• Ability to satisfy job-related pre-employment screening requirements, consistent with applicable law.
