We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the electrical trade while working alongside experienced, licensed electricians serving residential customers throughout the greater Seattle area.
What You'll Do
- Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical service, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Learn to install electrical panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical systems.
- Safely use electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices.
- Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Load and unload materials and ensure trucks are properly stocked.
- Learn electrical codes, safety standards, and best installation practices.
- Complete required apprenticeship training and classroom education.
- Accurately document work performed using company software.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Work closely with mentors to build technical skills and advance toward licensing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current Washington Electrical Trainee Card or ability to obtain one.
- Interest in building a long-term career in the electrical trade.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, or another skilled trade.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
